1. Our role

Khushi Online Services is a private documentation and facilitation service. We are not a government agency. Approval of any licence, registration or certificate is at the sole discretion of the issuing authority.

2. Your responsibilities

You confirm that the information and documents you provide are genuine and complete. Applications may be delayed or rejected if information is incorrect.

3. Fees

Service fees are for our professional assistance. Government fees, stamp duty and third-party charges are payable as applicable. Service fees are non-refundable once work has started, except where we fail to deliver the agreed service.

4. Timelines

Estimated timelines are indicative and depend on the department's processing. We follow up diligently but cannot guarantee government timelines.

5. Accounts

Keep your password confidential. You are responsible for activity under your account. We may suspend accounts that are misused.

6. Limitation of liability

To the extent permitted by law, our liability is limited to the service fee paid for the specific service.

7. Governing law

These terms are governed by the laws of India. Courts at Singrauli, Madhya Pradesh have jurisdiction.
